If you are a new applicant to the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador (CLPNNL) you MUST sign up for an account here
*If you do not hold a license to practice nursing in Canada you must apply to CLPNNL as an Exam Candidate in the member portal.
*If you hold a current license to practice as an LPN in Canada you must apply for a Temporary License in the member portal.
CLPNNL wishes to remind all applicants you must complete your application yourself. Having someone else submit your application or answer questions on your behalf is considered dishonesty and could jeopardize your eligibility for licensure with the College.
