When searching for a LPN, ensure you have the CORRECT, EXACT spelling of the name. CLPNNL publishes names of LPNs exactly as they appear on their government issued photo ID. Please compare the name as published here with their government issued photo ID. If the search does not provide any results, the individual is not currently licensed with CLPNNL, however they may have been licensed in previous years.
